For the preparation of minced chicken cutlets, you can use both prepared minced meat and cooked meat yourself. Homemade minced meat is usually more qualitative than store stuff, plus it does not use various additives. Chicken minced meat patties can be prepared according to various recipes - fry in vegetable oil, bake in the oven, and finally, the dietary option - make a couple. Since chicken meat is easily digested and absorbed, steamed chicken cutlets are considered the most dietary dish.

Ingredients: 1 kg of chicken flesh, milk, 200g of white bread, 2 onions, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon parsley, semolina or flour, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt. Preparation: chop the onion and chicken meat into slices, mince everything or grind with a blender. Cut the crust off the bread and soak the crumb in warm milk, squeeze, add to the chicken mince. Beat the eggs, finely chop the parsley, add to the mince, salt, pepper, mix. Form cutlets, roll each in semolina or flour. Heat the pan, add the oil, put the cutlets, reduce the heat to medium and cover with a lid. Fry on one side to a crust, then on the other, pour in some water and bring to readiness.

 

Chicken mince cutlets with cheese.

Ingredients: 1 kg of minced chicken, 1-2 onions, 1 egg, 200-300g of cheese, salt, pepper, semolina or breadcrumbs. Preparation: Cook the minced meat cutlets from minced chicken, chopped onion, eggs, salt and pepper, mix well. Grate the cheese. Make small tortillas from mincemeat, in the middle of each place put a spoonful of grated cheese, wrap the edges up, roll the bread in breadcrumbs. Fry the patties in vegetable oil.

Chicken mince cutlets with mushrooms.

Ingredients: 1kg of minced meat, 400g of mushrooms, 4 eggs, half a cup of milk, breadcrumbs, 100g of butter, 100g of baked butter, salt. Preparation: finely chop the mushrooms and fry in butter. Instead of fresh mushrooms, you can take dried ones - in this case, they should be soaked for half an hour, boiled, and then fry.


Prepare the minced meat rolls from minced chicken, milk, eggs and salt. Form the minced meat cakes, top with a spoonful of mushroom stuffing, tweak the edges so that you get oblong meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs, dip in a beaten egg and then breaded again. Fry the patties in melted butter.


Serve minced chicken cutlets with fresh vegetable salad, with mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice or pasta. Sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup or any other sauce to taste can be served with meatballs.
